Customer Reviews of Rosewill RHAI-13001 1800-Watt Induction Cooker with Stainless steel pot
Bought it for steamboat. The burner is powerful and nicely built. The pot that came with it is a little cheap but expected. Easy to clean and use. Perfect little stove.
Good product that functions well (used once). Quite easy to set up and get started. Surprise: comes with one pot, it was convenient since out of 20 pots and pans I have only one is compatible. 1 quart of water boiled in 4 minutes on 1500W (max is 1800).
Good portable stove2/6/2014
I first saw this type of stove when I was travelling overseas. Very handy, and efficient. The only limitation is the pot used on this stove needs to be iron or steel (where a magnet would stick to the bottom when you test). I was suprised how many metal pots that I have do not pass this simple test.
I was interesting to get IH Cooking Heater always. But price was very high for actual purchasing. I finally found "sale" and I decided to get this one. It works fine. Very quick to boil water in pan. And keeping same temperature by using controller. Bad point will be... it work with only Steel, Stainless that is metal in which a magnet adheres. But product is great at it work fine at table.
Great feature on the unit, adjustable temperature and cool cook top is a plus. The unit is kore efficient than gas unit. Probahly will purchase another unit soon for backup.
Do NOT buy this junk!2/4/2014
I'm on my 2nd unit, after the first one arrived DOA. I was charged to send it back, and I hadn't even used it! $20! So, there went my 'savings'. The second unit I set to 150-deg to keep a pot of food warm. I came back to a rolling boil! It burned the item to the pot's base. 200-deg did the same, that's why I went down to 150. The next step up from 200 is 250; no good if you want to simmer. In fact, you can't simmer or keep warm on this trash unit. Get a Duxtop unit instead--it's fantastic.
Heats up fast. Easy to use. Very nice over all.
Since using this Induction Cooker for a few days, we wish that we had one years ago. It is fast, easy to control the temperature and just does a wonderful job of cooking. It allows us to use our iron skillets and pots again. Being able to set the temperature also allows deep frying at 375 degrees without a thermometer to know the temperature of the cooking oil.
It is a very good cook top, save time and save energy....
perfect product for my needs1/28/2014
will use this outside to cook other foods while I grill meat-will work quite well
This will make a nice extra station when My stove is full or when I want to keep a pot of soup warm for serving. It took a little over 4 minutes to bring 1 liter of room temp water to a full boil on the 1800 watt setting
Nice and Easy12/11/2013
Just got it. It looks good. I like it. The touch buttons are too sensitive, it is easy to turn on/off by mis-touch. It will be better if it can reduce some noise. overall, it is nice.
