We have had this juicer for 3 months now and use it almost daily. It is easy to use and easier to clean than our last juicer. My biggest complaint is it doesn't completely seal while juicing and if you juice something like watermelon, some of the pulp and juice shoots out of the back of the juicer.
I am a juicer for about two years now. I had a expensive heavy duty Champion one ordered directly from the manufacture. Since our family travel a lot, I thought to buy a smaller and cheaper one to carry when we travel. To my surprised, as inexpensive as this one, it actually works very well. It does a good job on juicing my apples, carrots, spinach, kale, pineapples, etc. It's not too hard to clean, too. I am going to order another one to send it to my mother and get her to start juicing!
It came "shipped" in the original flimsy retail sales box, not even taped shut. No manual. Probably fell out one of the times the unsecured top flopped open in transit. Box severely worse for the trip.
No seal whatsoever. As much liquid on my table and floor as in the receiver. Very little juice extraction from pulp. This could more properly be called a leaky partial shredder. A blender/strainer would have worked a lot better.
I call fraud on all the positive reviews here.
