Does what it says, but here's more details
Just got this and I have to say it's a good deal. Picture and sound are fine, no complaints. I'm using it between a desktop computer and CRT monitor, running at 1024*768. The RF input is Comcast cable, analog channels only. The box also connects between the PC sound output and the PC speakers. What they don't say: when the box is "on" you watch and listen to PC, or a video input that can be "video" (yellow RCA plug) or "s-video." You can also use PIP. When the box is powered, but "off", you watch and listen to the PC. In other words, Box off = PC only. Box on: TV only, or video only, or TV and video PIP. Also, if you loose AC power to the box, it forgets everything. So you'll need to scan for channels, and any other settings you change. In summary, a good deal if you only need to tune analog cable TV and drive a VGA display or projector. It will not receive digital TV or digital cable channels.
