-winston@bellsouth.net quote

Huge. Bright. Clear. Crisp. Stunning. The widescreen format and the hugh size really make this monitor. It changes the way you surf and edit documents. DVD playback is very good, but not much interest for me. For games, however, it falls short, because of ghosting and blurring. For fast games, like Half Life 2, the ghosting is unacceptable in my opinion. For slower games, like World of Warcraft, you can become accustom to it. To play this game in 1900x1200 is beyond words. There are only a handful of games that support widescreen. If you're a WOW fan, have the money and think you can handle the ghosting, it's worth the experience. Be sure to do DVI hookup only; VGA is worthless. It comes with a DVI cable. I have a dual monitor hookup to a 21" CRT, so I have more screen real estate than I can handle. Be sure to go over all XP display configurations to eliminate any anomalies like tearing and flickering. Don't bother buying unless you have a decent video card. There is no going back once you go 1900x1200/24". Period.
