Samsung B3310 didn't last long10/28/2011
I got this phone June 2011 and after using it for 4 months I only get sound on speakerphone. I really loved the Samsung B3310 up to the time it quit working. I knew about the photo sending issue and was OK with that. The radio was awesome, but it will no longer work on headphones, only with the phone's speaker. There was only a 30 day warranty for an unlocked phone, so $100 for 4 months use wasn't such a good deal.
I loved this phone. not too big , but has many great features. Unfortunately, the picture message feature cannot be utilized in the United States. There may be other features that won't work as well. After much troubleshooting with my plan carrier they advised me to call Samsung directly to help solve the problem. The tech at Samsung knew immediately what the problem was and explained that this was an international version of this phone.
