Good value, a few quirks
I didn't have too much trouble getting this mounting bracket installed, but a few things to mention: 1) The mount has a tilt mechanism built into the brackets that affix to the back of the TV to allow the panel to be tilted away from the wall, providing limited access to the back of the tv (for wiring). Upon delivery, some of the bracket's hinge hardware was very loose and the spring loaded hinge blew apart. Took me a few minutes to get the spring re-loaded and the hardware snugged back up again. Before assembly, check the brackets to be sure the hinges are snug. 2) The wall mount is only wide enough to span two standard wall studs. Although there is some lateral adjustment, if your desired mounting location is centered right in the middle of a wall stud, you'll have to offset the wall bracket to the left or right to pick up two mounting points. Depending on the size of your screen, you might not be able to skew it enough to get it exactly where you'd like. My 50" panel is about 3" from where I'd originally intended- not a big deal to me. 3) Theres some "settling" noises that occur while my plasma screen is getting up to temperature. Could be the tv, could be the bracket, or some interaction between the two. Just an observation- doesn't bother me, YMMV.
