A brilliant career is enough for Dr. Sara Killian's aching heart. For a brief time, world-famous rock star Dallas Lord had been a part of her life. Then he was suddenly and tragically taken away leaving behind a beautiful song written just for Sara. And when she meets Adam Lord, Dallas's older brother, she will find herself--between Adam, the most attractive and complicated man she's ever known, and Dallas, the man her heart won't let her forget.
From the Publisher:
With her heart shattered by the disappearance of her true love, rock idol Dallas Lord, Dr. Sara Killian has only the song he wrote for her, but this last memento will plunge her into a deadly world of deceit and conspiracy, and lead her to Dallas' handsom e brother Adam
Annotation:
Dr. Sara Killian is caught between the memory of Dallas Lord, the rock star she once loved, and Dallas's older brother, Adam.
Author Bio
Fern Michaels
Fern Michaels grew up in Hastings, Pennsylvania, got married, and had five children before she picked up a pen to begin writing what would turn out be one best-selling romance after another. One of the most consistent bestselling romance writers of the '80s and '90s, Michaels writes mostly steamy historical romances with heavy doses of passion, seduction, and torrid adultery. Divorced from her first husband, she dedicates much of her time to philanthropic concerns, having set up the Fern Michaels Foundation, which grants scholarships to students in need. She also set up affordable pre-school and day-care centers for struggling single mothers.
