| Grammy winner Taylor Dayne turns in another satisfying collection of R&B-inflected pop with SATISFIED. The lead-off single, "Beautiful," for example, is a sweet, soaring tune with a radio-ready melody and a danceable beat, and its vibe, addictive as sugar, carries throughout the album. Dayne also delivers her individual spin on a couple of covers: Des'ree's "Kissing You" and the Red Hot Chili Peppers' "Under the Bridge." Fans of the singer will find her as fabulous as ever here, and will almost certainly come away feeling SATISFIED themselves. |
