Saving the Ocean-Shark Reef and Sacred Island (2011)

Editor's Note Carl Safina, prominent arine biologist and founder of the Blue Ocean Institute, takes viewers to Glover's Reef Marine Reserve in Belize, where he helps catch, tag, and release sharks into the wild. Safina's travels also include a stop at the island of Pemba, where local fisherman help conserve the area's pristine reefs and lagoons.
