We have only had the devices for a few days and they are working well, the only issue we have had with them is that they have issues with Windows 7 workstation. They have difficulty being mounted as a drive each time they are connected to retrieve the data. Read More

Product Overview

The SerialGhost Wi-Fi is a compact RS-232 and serial bus logger, with a huge memory capacity of 4GB. Recorded data is stored on the internal flash drive, and may be accessed as a USB Mass-Storage device. The SerialGhost Wi-Fi contains an embedded Wireless LAN module, enabling it to connect to a Wi-Fi Access Point, and send E-mail reports. You can also connect to the logger at any time over TCP/IP and view the captured log. Monitor an RS232 bus from anywhere in the world, just by checking your mailbox! Time-stamps get embedded in the recorded data as part of the log. The internal battery maintains the time and date even without power. The device may be powered from a USB port, or from an external power supply. Records both upstream and downstream data (RX and TX). No software is required, data may be viewed on any OS. Compatible with RS232 logic levels. Enclosure with two DB9 connectors enables plugging directly into an RS-232 chain.
