Takes 10 Photos in 1 Second
Capture decisive moments—like the ball hitting the bat—with the ability to shoot 10 images in one second at up to 10.2 megapixel resolution through the mechanical shutter. It's also fun for capturing a unique sequence of images.

Multi-Purpose Touch Screen
With an intuitive multi-purpose touch screen, the DSC-TX1 allows you to select the focus point with a simple touch, scroll through images by sliding your finger across the screen and access the menu with one touch. The display also features improved readability with list view, index view and new colored icons.

Shoot Movies in HD
Capture more of your memories with high definition video. Your movies will look stunning on large TV screens thanks to the 720p high-definition MPEG4 recording format. Record up to 29 min (or up to 2GB) per movie in 720p format.

iAuto Mode Makes It Easy
Unlike traditional auto mode, iAuto mode thinks for you, recognizing scenes, lighting conditions, and faces, and adjusts settings resulting in clear images, faces with natural skin tone, and less blur.
