I gave it to my fiancé to replace an older Blueant z9i which was good in its time. But wow, I always knew if she was in the car but when I last spoke to her, I had no idea she was actually in the car. The 3 mics work really well. I haven't tested all the features but she did tell me she was still getting used to the volume. She really likes it and that is what matters the most.
I was concerned since my last BT headset (low end Plantronics) had lots of background white noise when paired with my HTC Sensation 4G. The Sound ID 510 has much less background noise. The sound quality is good and the headset is comfortable to wear. Battery life seems reasonable. You can listen to your media via the headset (old BT didn't support this). The headset is small and light which means it might be easy to loose. The android EarPrint app works, but is not really needed.
Best headset well worth the $$. The pass through sound feature works great. It's set by the phone app and can be adjusted for tone and volume. Works like a hearing aid to assist rather than block like most headsets. The app works great with a Zio, doesn't work with a Milano. So may depend on the type of phone you have.
