|The son of a senator and the first man on mars. Patrick ross returns home a hero, a champion and a carrier of the deadliest dna in the universe. Something is taking over his body, a strain of alien dna that has been to earth before. Now, the only chance for the human race is the woman who tried to destroy it.|
Editor's NoteSil, the sex-crazed alien life form from the predecessor "Species" is now a clone named Eve (Henstridge). Eve is the acting subject of governmental experiments until a trio of astronauts returns from a trip to Mars and one starts behaving rather strangely. Astronaut Patrick Ross (Lazard) begins to act eerily similar to Sil in that sexual predator sort of way that Henstridge made so endearing in "Species."

Customer Reviews of Species 2
The First Is Always Better12/3/1999
This movie isn't as good the first Species, although the special effects are worth watching. This time, the original species chick is the hero and her male counterpart is the horny alien she once was. There's a good story, but it just doesn't have the appeal and mystery of the first movie.
