| Red alert! When the runaway doomsday vessel Dreadnought hurtles toward a Cardassian planet, the Voyager scrambles to thwart it. Chief Engineer Torres (Roxann Biggs-Dawson), who developed the elusive weapon's sophisticated program when she was a Maquis operative, beams aboard the vessel and tries to match wits with her wily creation. Meanwhile, Capt. Janeway (Kate Mulgrew) and her staff try other measures to disable the weapon. But in the battle of crew vs. machine, this machine appears to be winning. Soon, Janeway realizes she has one tactic left: she must evacuate the crew, then ram the Voyager into the Dreadnought. |
