5 Disc Set!|At the Edge of the Universe Lies a Gateway to Adventure.
No collection is complete without this final, climactic season of the groundbreaking sci-fi series Stargate SG-1. Throughout their service to country and planet, the brave soldiers and scientists of SG-1 have traveled instantaneously to other worlds, investigated ancient mysteries and protected Earth from hostile alien forces. And now, in Season 10, the team, led by Daniel Jackson (Michael Shanks), embarks on their ultimate adventure. Where will it lead them? Will they succeed?

This five disc collection includes all 20 episodes from The Complete Tenth Season of Stargate SG-1!

"Stargate was an enormously entertaining film that spawned an equally entertaining series.  Chuck Arrington, DVD Talk
"Overall this is a pretty damned good series.  Mark Davis, DVD Times
"...an excellent, exciting, and incredibly involving continuation of the blockbuster film.  Dan Phelps, DVD Fanatic
"...if you're a fan of sci-fi television, Stargate: SG-1 is one you'll want to have on hand.  NeedCoffee.com
"A fascinating fantasy of intergalactic time travel.  Newsday
"Rare is the TV show that's actually better than its feature-film inspiration, but Stargate SG-1 easily falls into that category.  Scott Weinberg, DVD Clinic

Editor's Note
This sci-fi series really goes where no one has gone before. Though it's not as ingrained in the public consciousness as STAR TREK and its spin-offs, STARGATE SG-1 outlasted each of the shows in the Gene Roddenberry universe, making it to a landmark ten seasons. Like in the film STARGATE, the SG-1 team uses stargates to travel the universe, exploring the stars as they fight the Goa'uld, the Replicators, and the Ori. In the ninth and tenth season, series regular Richard Dean Anderson (MACGYVER) is only making occasional appearances, but the void is filled by veteran actor Beau Bridges and FARSCAPE alums Ben Browder and Claudia Black. This release includes every episode of the series' tenth season, including fan favorite "200," featuring Anderson and SEX & THE CITY's Willie Garson.

Expert Review Stargate SG-1 - The Complete Tenth Season - DVD Review

So, it has finally come to an end. Ten seasons of Stargate SG-1 and it is over. Was the final season any good? Definitely. Perhaps not quite as good as the years when it was at its peak, but it was definitely a cut above the last season or so, which saw the quality suffer as the cast went through some changes....read the full review
Expert Review Stargate SG-1 Season 10 - DVD Review

In all honesty, the twenty-one hours that I spent watching 'Stargate: SG-1 Season 10' was the biggest waste of time I have ever encountered. Here are a short list of things I would recommend that you do rather than buy this DVD: read a book, wash your car, wash someone else's car, check out 'Battlestar Galactica', clean out your gutters, or even let your wife teach you how to scrapbook. Yes, I've sunk to the level of endorsing scrapbooking. It's just that bad. ...read the full review

DVD Review 9 of 10
"After disliking the feature film, I really didn't see much of a reason in going through the Stargate yet again. I haven't started watching this show until recently and after a few episodes, I've become very impressed with how well this show has translated to the small screen. You have two lead actors who are better in the roles than the original. Michael Shanks plays the James Spader character, scientist Daniel Jackson, and makes it a more interesting role, becoming less of the ""nerdy scientist"" that Spader played. Even better is Richard Dean Anderson, who takes the role that Kurt Russell played and makes it a lot less ""soldier"" and more ""human""."
