Product Overview

There's a mouse in the house! He's a talking mouse named Stuart, and he's part of the human Little family in these two delightful family features.

STUART LITTLE: Join the fun when the Little family adopts an adorably spunky boy named Stuart (voiced by Michael J. Fox), who looks a lot like a mouse. Mr. and Mrs. Little (Hugh Laurie and Geena Davis) fall in love with Stuart right away, but their older son George (Jonathan Lipnicki) isn't so sure what to make of his new brother, and the family's white cat, Snowball (voiced by Nathan Lane), devises a dastardly plan to get Stuart out of the house...permanently. State-of-the-art special effects, laugh-out-loud comedy and rip-roaring hijinks make this the biggest adventure a Little can have.

STUART LITTLE 2: The brave and pint-sized hero Stuart Little returns in Stuart Little 2, delighting audiences with his big heart and even more action-packed adventure. This time, Stuart must journey through the city with reluctant Snowbell to rescue a new friend, Margalo (voice of Melanie Griffith), from a villainous Falcon (voice of James Woods).

Review [Little] ...a lighthearted adventure with a heartfelt message about the meaning of family. And, while the film is primarily aimed at the under-10 crowd, filmmaker Rob Minkoff (co-director of The Lion King) establishes a tone that adults will appreciate... I kept wondering how some of the actors could deliver their lines with straight faces.

Review [2] ...Stuart is a computer-generated character who's so meticulously crafted that he has facial expressions, twitchy whiskers and glistening fur. He is seamlessly woven into the movie's live action so that it hardly dawns on viewers that he is anything but a real person.

Review [2] Both Stuart Little...and the even better Stuart Little 2, are superior family films that have perfected a seamless fusion of live action and animation in which it is difficult to tell where one leaves off and the other begins. Both films lend New York City a magical storybook ambience where even the shabbiest back alley possesses a jaunty picturesque charm.

Desson Howe, Washington Post [Little] [The film] isn't just great fun. It's an uproariously good time.
George Pennacchio, KABC-TV [Little] A family adventure filled with excitement, fun and one absolutely adorable mouse!
Joe Morgenstern, The Wall Street Journal [2] The sequel beats the original paws down.
Kenneth Turan, Los Angeles Times [2] ...the adventures of the 3-inch have more visual flair...
Richard Roeper, Ebert & Roeper [2] just zings along with vibrance and warmth.
Roger Ebert, Chicago Sun-Times [2] I enjoyed the movie, in its innocent way.
