A talented ensemble cast delivers laugh-out-loud performances in this "fun nostalgia trip". (Richard Roeper) When Matt Franklin's (Topher Grace) high-school crush Tori (Teresa Palmer) shows up at his dead-end mall job, he and his buddy Barry (Dan Fogler) devise a wild scheme for Matt to finally win the girl of his dreams. But only time will tell if Matt can seduce this gorgeous goddess at a wild party and survive an outrageous night of seduction, destruction and debauchery. Take this hilarious comedy home tonight!

"A potential cult hit in the making, call this Dazed And Confused for the Members Only set.  Ken McIntyre, Total Film

Editor's Note
Before they have to wake up to the harsh smell of adulthood and maturity, two best friends (Topher Grace and Dan Fogler) live a life of parties and irresponsibility during Labor Day weekend 1988.

Expert Review Take Me Home Tonight - Blu-Ray DVD Review
By: Luigi Bastardo Reviews

Topher Grace, a lad whose entire career has basically consisted of little more than That ‘70s Show and upsetting Spider-Man fans up until this moment in time (look, that whole movie was doomed from the get-go: blame the studio, dammit), is out to prove a point. His argument goes something like this: “Look, I’m really capable of doing more. Really.” And I don’t disbelieve him on this one, either, kids: I happen to think Topher is a really talented feller — one that just doesn’t seem to get the credit he deserves. Seriously, I’m being legit here. the full review

Professional Reviews

Rolling Stone
"The movie, directed by Michael Dowse, is one raucous night, one raunchy party, AMERICAN GRAFFITI filtered through DAZED AND CONFUSED and the Shermer High films of John Hughes." 03/17/2011

Entertainment Weekly
"[The movie] duplicates the car crashes, drug jokes, all-night-long plot twists, and robot hip-hop dance moves of low-rent '80s party does possess a certain backward-glancing innocent appeal." -- Grade: B 03/11/2011

Total Film
3 stars out of 5 -- "[A] warm, nostalgic throwback to the classic raunch-coms-with-a-heart that so many of us grew up with." 06/01/2011
