| This ghoulish Universal Studios Double Feature is sure to chill you to the bone! From the studio that brought you the television classic Tales from the Crypt comes two films based on the spooky series: Bordello of Blood and Demon Knight! Bordello of Blood: From the darkest corner of the earth, Lilith (Angie Everhart), the most bloodthirsty seductress ever, has been resurrected by "rock 'n roll" televangelist Reverend Jimmy Current (Chris Sarandon) to become the grande dame vampire of the Bordello of Blood. Operating from a secret brothel beneath a mortuary, the ravishing, red-haired, rapacious beauty and her newly recruited army of voluptuous, insatiable vampires are open for business. The seductive antics of the heartless hookers are suddenly threatened when Rafe Guttman (Dennis Miller) is hired by Bible-toting Katherine Verdoux (Erika Eleniak) to go in search of her rebellious brother Caleb (Corey Feldman), whom she suspects has fallen prey to the lecherous lot. Demon Knight: The Crypt Keeper, "one of the hardest working stiffs in show biz," introduces a funny frightmare that unfolds with the help of a viciously versatile cast. The fearsome fun begins as a mysterious renegade named Brayker (William Sadler) is forced to defend a motley crew of boarding-house residents armed with sacred blood, automatic weapons and really strong stomachs, from a legion of insatiable demons. Leading the forces of darkness is the Collector (Billy Zane), a charismatic soul-taker who is determined to regain possession of an ancient talisman from Brayker. Jada Pinkett (A Low Down Dirty Shame) plays Jeryline, a young boarder with a troubled past, who joins Brayker in his quest to defeat the grisly invaders at their own game. |
