	The bluegrass husband-and-wife team of Kenny and Amanda Smith, which has been consolidating its reputation as one of the genre's most inventive acts since making a splash with its 2001 debut album SLOWLY BUT SURELY, recorded its first gospel album in 2006, after the accidental death of Kenny Smith's father. The tragedy deepens the group's interpretation of songs such as "Angels Calling at My Door" and "Stepping on the Clouds," and the band's original material, such as "Mary Had a Little Boy" and "I Know Why."
