From the Publisher
Annotation Stephen Covey, who has created some of the most widely-read, business-oriented self help books of all time, writes here about conflict resolution. He advocates a system of resolving communication blocks and differences of opinion--even persistent, long-held clashes--by rejecting compromise and embracing a third, way that honors the needs of both parties, and transcends zero-sum resentments and imbalances. Covey's philosophy and methods are influenced by Gandhi and other proponents of nonviolent solution-building.
