This book is worth reading if only out of interest for the science behind it's claims. I personally didn't feel the "diet" suggested was healthy -- they suggest limiting calories every other day to about 20% of your regular caloric intake. I tried it and couldn't do it. I think it's much better to just eat healthy every day.
