Author Bio
Laura Numeroff
Well known for her 1985 picture book IF YOU GIVE A MOUSE A COOKIE, Laura Joffe Numeroff is an author and illustrator of picture books. A reader from a young age, Numeroff has said she began drawing almost as soon as her hands were big enough to hold a crayon. In addition to her work as an author and illustrator, Numeroff has also been employed as a private investigator and a merry-go-round operator.
