It was trip day again in Ms. Frizzle's class. Everyone was excited. We were going to the planetarium to see a sky show about the solar system. (from the first line)
For use in schools and libraries only. On a special field trip in the magic school bus, Ms. Frizzle''s class goes into outer space and visits each planet in the solar system.
From the Publisher:
On a special field trip in the magic school bus, Ms. Frizzle's class goes into outer space and visits each planet in the solar system.
Annotation:
The class is all set for a field trip to the planetarium, but when they arrive, they find it is closed. Any other teacher on any other bus would take the class back to school, but not Ms. Frizzle! Suddenly, the bus blasts off and the kids see the moon and solar system up close!
