You won't be disappointed.....

on 11/28/2007

I actually purchased this book for my mom. Both her and myself read Jorgenson's "Waiting for White Horses."...not only did we both read the book, but passed it along and purchased it for at least a dozen of our friends and family. Not one person that read that book didn't fall in love with the story and characters. Last weekend when I was at my mom's, she once again thanked me for the book. She started it and has barely been able to put it down. It is another story by Jorgenson that yanks of the strings of your heart. The stories capture the little important things in life, the things that we all can relate too. I encourage you to also purchase "Waiting for White Horses"...I can promise that you won't be disappointed.

Convinced he's feeling something much deeper than a textbook midlife crisis, Joe Mix loads his truck with two packed duffel bags and his dog and calls the office to tell his receptionist he's not coming to work?ever again. In the spirit of Updike's Rabbit, Run, The Mulligan relates Joe Mix's journey with clarity and poignancy, appealing to that part in all of us that wonders what it would be like to get a do-over?to walk away from the mindless day-to-day life in which we?ve e
