The One Cookbook I Turn to Night after Night10/14/2008
I love this cookbook. As a semi-vegetarian, the Moosewood Cookbook has given me many new recipes and ideas to try. Even the meat-eaters in my life love this book. I just purchased this as a gift for my mother-in-law, and she was so excited to receive it. My husband especially loves the carob brownies since he is allergic to chocolate.
