Disappointed about the theory
I read the book. The bottom line is that the weight loss cure is a theory that has been around for a long time. Additives and preservatives in foods, pestisides and hormones in vegetables and meats. The FDA has also allowed these things in the " ORGANIC " industry. Organic is not truely organic anymore. What I didn't like is the theory about injecting yourself with (pregnancy urine ). I think that is a bunch of garbage. I won't take a RX of prempro because of the "pregnant mare urine". I am disappointed about the book. I am disappointed about Kevin Trudeau's theories. If I were to follow this, It would cost me thousands to take the suppliments and get 12 colonics in a 30 day period. Not to mention eating the organics. Weight Watchers has a "core" foods program. I will try that. Anything in the book that shows websites, well google each first. We found that any website the book shows to purchase from is HIGH PRICED. (Makes me wonder if Kevin gets a kick back) Do your research before you take his advise. Read this and Save yourselves the price of the book.
