Author Bio
Anthony Browne
Browne has a degree in graphic design from Leeds College of Arts. He has worked as a medical artist for the Royal Infirmary and as a greeting card illustrator. He is well known for his picture-book illustrations, many of which feature gorillas as main characters or manage to work in a gorilla as an illustrative detail. In 1982, Anthony Browne was awarded the Kate Greenaway Medal for his book GORILLA.
