Is really not holding in correctly. Called customer service, and it will be replaced.
Just got this a few days ago. Storage seems big, but i have not loaded it up to full yet. 2 big pockets (1 with laptop pocket and another with an organizer for pens and stuff like that), 1 small soft lined pocket, 1 side (vertical triangular pocket), 2 mesh pockets, and 1 utility pouch. My main consern was the sholder straps being wide and the area that goes against your back to be well padded. Straps where thick and the back padding was comfortable against my back. Well done Timberland. + you cant beat the price. ebags has this for over $60. MSRP is $120.
I really like this style of a bag. Fits my books on the outside. And everything else inside.
