From the Publisher:
Darkness is falling everywhere and little ones are getting sleepy, feeling cozy, and being tucked in. It’s time for a wide yawn, a big hug, and a snuggle under the covers--sleep tight! “Working beautifully with the soothingly repetitive text, each painting conveys a warm feeling of safety and affection.”--School Library Journal
Annotation:
A variety of adorable babies from the wide world of creatures of the land and sea are lovingly nuzzled, snuggled, and cuddled by their mothers throughout this tender getting ready to sleep book. Baby fish, mice, and sheep, and even bees and snakes are taken off to the land of nod with a gentle, rhyming text. With Jane Dyer's delicate, dreamy watercolors.
