I placed an order for a camera yesterday when the business was closed for the holiday. I soon realized that I ordered the wrong camera! I called customer service this morning, and within five minutes, my order was cancelled and my new order placed. I neglected to write down the reps name, (I want to say Joyce), but she was at ext. 253. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I received an email from billing a short time later stating that there was a problem with my debit card. Another quick call and the problem was rectified. My order has now been shipped and the hold on my bank account for the first order has been released. Buydig.com has excellent customer service and I will be happy to shop with them again.
