I owned a Galaxy Tab 10.1 32gb and opted to sell it and get the Thrive because of the I needed the SD card storage. I found that the 32gb on tablets go way to fast and need more. That is the only reason for the switch from Samsung to Toshiba. Once I received the Thrive I found that it worked just as fast and responsive as the Galaxy. I also put GO Launcher on the Thrive and it worked perfectly. Did the update to 3.2.1, that went just fine. No issues so far. All in all if you want to spend less and get more features go with the Toshiba Thrive....
Great Screen, Nice Textured Non-Slip Back1/19/2012
Bought this from Toshiba when it first came out. Love the screen. Lots of inputs (HDMI, USB, microSD). Nice looking, techno-sort of textured rubberized back. Comes with a heavier cable than needed. Amazon has a company that sells a nice thin connector. Charger is big, too, but you can buy small ones cheap or just charge off PC or whatever a little slower. Good battery life. Bluetooth and Android without lots of extensions to slow down upgrades, hopefully.
