Advanced Network Monitoring Capabilities
The PDUMV30HVNET gives IT personnel enhanced supervision of network power conditions. It remotely monitors site power conditions and PDU load levels, and supports notification and logging of all major power events and user-specified alarm thresholds via email or SNMP traps. Real-time clock backup maintains the time of day and date even if the PDU is shut down and unpowered. Used with Tripp Lite's optional ENVIROSENSE sensor, the PDUMV30HVNET can also remotely monitor temperature/humidity conditions plus up to four dry contact interfaces for alarm, security and telecom devices. These capabilities simplify and streamline the task of network power management.

Built-In Network Interface with Broad Compatibility
The PDUMV30HVNET features a built-in SNMPWEBCARD that enables full remote access for power monitoring, configuration and control via a secure network or web browser interface. The PDUMV30HVNET provides 10/100 Mbps auto-sensing for optimal communication compatibility with a 10/100 Base-T network. Protocols supported include HTTP, HTTPS, PowerAlert Network Management System, SMTP, SNMPv1, SNMPv2, Telnet, FTP, DHCP, BOOTP and NTP. DHCP/Manual configuration support provides the ability to have network settings automatically assigned to the card, or manually assigned via permanent IP addresses.

Remote Outlet Control
The PDUMV30HVNET's 24 outlets (20 x C13, 4 x C19) are individually controllable via network or web browser interface, providing a higher level of network power control. These controllable outlets enable power management tasks such as load shedding, load ramping and rebooting of locked-up network devices to be performed remotely. Unused outlets can be disabled to prevent the connection of unauthorized equipment loads.

Sequentially Activated Outlets
To prevent inrush-related equipment interaction at startup, the PDUMV30HVNET's outlets are factory-programmed for sequential activation at 250-millisecond intervals when the PDU is energized.

Digital Current Meter and Outlet LEDs
The PDUMV30HVNET is equipped with a digital LED meter that enables IT personnel to monitor the total load on the PDU in real time. This meter helps to assure that the PDU is used at maximum capacity with no danger of overload. Each outlet is provided with an LED that illuminates to confirm power on/off status.

Optimized for Demanding Applications
The PDUMV30HVNET is designed for reliable distribution of AC power to supported equipment in IT, industrial and similar applications. It features a rugged all-metal case, high-quality outlets, a locking plug and a switchless design with included cord retention brackets to prevent accidental shutoff.

Versatile Installation Options Including Toolless Mounting
The PDUMV30HVNET is easy to integrate with a wide range of data center and network applications. It can be configured for 0U rack installation with included hardware, and also supports toolless button-mount vertical installation in all Tripp Lite and other compatible rack enclosures. Vertical 0U installation reduces cord clutter and promotes efficient airflow through the rack.
