Tripp Lite's PDUMH20ATNET Switched/Metered PDU with ATS is the ideal choice for distributing and managing power in high-density IT environments. Featuring a built-in SNMPWEBCARD, the PDUMH20ATNET provides full remote power monitoring and control via a secure network or web browser interface. The PDUMH20ATNET can monitor and report input power status, output power, PDU load conditions and more. Its sixteen 5-15/20R outlets are individually controllable to enable load shedding, load ramping and remote rebooting of locked-up servers and other network devices. To prevent inrush-related equipment interaction at startup, the outlets are programmed for sequential activation. A digital meter is also provided, enabling the PDU's load to be monitored on site.
The PDUMH20ATNET also provides integrated automatic transfer switching (ATS). Should the primary power source become unavailable or unstable, ATS will switch the PDU to the secondary power source until primary power is restored and stable. ATS capability makes the PDUMH20ATNET an ideal choice to distribute power in mission-critical, zero-downtime applications. The PDUMH20ATNET is configurable for 1U rackmount installation with included hardware, and is also suitable for 0U vertical installation in the cable management area of many rack enclosures. The PDUMH20ATNET is further optimized for IT features an all-metal housing and a switchless design to prevent accidental shutoff.
Built-In Network Interface The PDUMH20ATNET provides IT personnel with enhanced oversight of network power conditions. It features a built-in SNMPWEBCARD that enables full remote power monitoring and control via a secure network or web browser interface. The PDUMH20ATNET can monitor, report and log input/output power status, PDU load conditions and more. These capabilities simplify and streamline the task of network power management.
Remote Outlet Control The PDUMH20ATNET's sixteen outlets are individually controllable via network or web browser interface, providing a higher level of network power control. These controllable outlets enable power management tasks such as load shedding, load ramping and rebooting of locked-up network devices to be performed remotely. To prevent inrush-related equipment interaction at startup, the outlets are factory-programmed for sequential activation at 250-millisecond intervals when the PDUMH20ATNET is energized.
Automatic Transfer Switching (ATS)
With its integrated ATS capability, the PDUMH20ATNET is the ideal power distribution solution for mission-critical, zero-downtime applications. Should the primary power source become unavailable or unstable, ATS will switch the PDU to the secondary power source until primary power is restored and stable. Two 12-ft. power cords with L5-20P locking plugs are provided: an attached cord to serve as the primary input and a detachable cord to serve as the secondary input. (Two plug adapters are also provided for connection to standard 5-20R outlets.) The switchover from primary to secondary power occurs within 2-7 milliseconds, minimizing the effect on connected equipment.
Digital Current Meter
The PDUMH20ATNET is equipped with a digital LED meter that enables IT personnel to monitor the total load on the PDU in real time. This meter helps to assure that the PDU is used at maximum capacity with no danger of overload.
Versatile Installation Options
The PDUMH20ATNET is easy to integrate with a wide range of data center and network applications. It is configurable for 1U rackmount installation with included hardware, and is also suitable for 0U vertical installation in the cable management area of many rack enclosures. The PDUMH20ATNET is further optimized for reliable service in IT applications with a rugged all-metal case, high-quality outlets and plugs, and a switchless design to prevent accidental shutoff.
