I only used it with a small Dell laptop but it worked fine. I even left it in the middle console all the way to Florida and when I opened the console to unplug it it was burning hot. It didn't shut down but probably would have if left in there too long. So we left it on the floor the rest of the trip and it worked perfect.
This Tripp Lite inverter is as advertised--a small compact unit that easily fits into the door pocket of my automobile. I have several gradchildren who use various laptops, phones, I-pods, etc. and we do some traveling with them. This will be a very handy item in keeping everything charged up and or operational while we are traveling. I have tried the product and it works well. I do recommend it where up to 150 watts of A.C. power is needed.
