Unlike other row-based air conditioners, the SRCOOL33K operates continuously at precise cooling levels, providing much more efficient operation than on/off cycling that draws large amounts of power. In addition, the SRCOOL33K's soft-start feature limits inrush current to prevent line noise, voltage disruptions and potential circuit overloads that occur with other air conditioners.

With 33,000 BTU of cooling power, the SRCOOL33K has one of the highest cooling capacities in its class at a fraction of the cost! In fact, it costs up to 38% less per BTU of cooling capacity vs. the leading competitor (based on ERP), even less when installation costs are considered, as the SRCOOL33K requires no start-up service or electrician. The SRCOOL33K provides predictable cooling by working with your hot-aisle/cold-aisle configuration and delivering cold air high in the cold aisle. This eliminates undesirable heat concentration and increased intake air temperatures above the rack midpoint and promotes temperature uniformity from 1U to 42U.

Advanced Technology Improves Cooling Efficiency
A variable-speed, DC-inverter-driven compressor and microprocessor-controlled electronic expansion valve (EEV) allow the SRCOOL33K to operate continuously at precise cooling levels, providing much more efficient operation than legacy on/off cycling. After achieving the desired temperature, the SRCOOL33K settles into a highly efficient temperature maintenance mode, rather than completely turning off. This eliminates the massive amount of power wasted by traditional on/100% operation cooling/off cycling. It features cutting-edge components that limit inrush current and enable precision cooling adjustments to minimize power consumption, maximize cooling and improve your application efficiency.

Easy to Install, Use and Maintain
The SRCOOL33K can be user-installed and features a standard heavy-duty L6-30P input plug for easy installation and up-front cost savings, while a convenient soft-start feature prevents line noise, power disruptions and overloads at startup. This means there is no complicated assembly that requires lengthy installation by an electrician or any need for contractor-supplied piping. The unit comes completely functional out of the box, with no costly additional parts needed. Its self-contained design also means that any condensation is re-humidified and worked back into the exhaust air stream, needing no water collection tanks, plumbing or external floor drain. The intuitive LCD display allows for quick monitoring and control of all of the unit's vital functions and data.

Remote Monitoring and Control
With its built-in Modbus and slot for a network interface card (Tripp Lite SNMPWEBCARD, sold separately), the SRCOOL33K can be controlled from anywhere in the world via Web, Modbus, SNMP, SSH or telnet. Remote access allows IT managers to monitor and control the unit's status, address alarms, cycle the unit and control the output temperature without wasting valuable time going on-site.

Green Design
The SRCOOL33K is RoHS-compliant and uses eco-friendly R410a refrigerant that meets environmental standards worldwide.
