| True Blue is a beauty, a dappled gray, and when Abby gets to take him to her family''s ranch, she can hardly believe her luck. The horse needs a home: his owner--a woman brand new to the riding stable--was tragically killed in a car crash and no one has claimed him. But sometimes True Blue seems . . . spooked. |
Annotation:
When Abby has the opportunity to buy a lovely dappled gray horse, she is thrilled. Hers for just $5.60, Abby loves True Blue and feels connected to him. However, sometimes when the horse seems spooked, Abby wonders if the ghost of his former owner is hanging about. At the same time, she must contend with her complicated family dynamics. This is the third book about Abby Lovitt, following THE GEORGES AND THE JEWELS and A GOOD HORSE.
