The author is funny and informative. Based on his college experience of losing over 150 lbs on a unique diet and exercise program. Noah goes from couch potato to slim competitive athlete. He shares research that suggests why diets don't work for most people. It is a motivational story but based in facts. It is very well written with good vocabulary. Teens to adults would be interested in this. Also, those thinking about running a marathon or triathalon would get information on what the experience was like. Great book regardless of what your goals are!
