Great addition to the series1/1/2008
Please ignore the previous 1 star review which was only given to that person's own ignorance. Just because this game does not have offline multiplayer it doesn't mean that it is bad. The graphics are amazing, the gameplay is still improving from UT2004, they even managed to put a story into a multiplayer directed game.
No offline multiplayer -- highly disappointing12/13/2007
As the title states, this game does NOT support offline multiplayer. If you want to play against friends/family, they will need their own PS3 (and correspondingly, copy of UT3 and a TV) to play, as you can ONLY play multiplayer online. Yes, I should have realized this PRIOR to buying/opening the game (and therefore can't return), but am hoping this serves as a heads-up to folks who are considering buying it. If offline multiplay is NOT a concern to you, then I'd highly recommend the game. (Note I rated it as poor to ensure my reivew stands out amongst positive reviews. If it had offline multiplay, I'd rate it as Excellent.)
