not up to snuff

by JoeBob on 3/27/2014

Description claims new look but same functions. Somehow I can't find the tweezers or toothpick. Also of a lesser quality plastic with the brand name etched in, no logo. Plastic case does not feel like the regular knife quality and the flat case is actually much wider and less desirable than the original. Will stick to the original (have one on all my key chains). Also comes in a cheap egg-crate cardboard v-fold case held by a fancy rubber band. Victorinox Tomo paperwork included inside-so not a knock-off. Read More

Product Overview

THE IDEA

Tomo, which means friend and companion in Japanese, gives the characteristic shape of the pocket knife a completely new look, without doing away with any of its tried and tested functions. The small companion combines renowned design from Japan with Swiss precision and quality.
