love displaying my photos5/30/2012
Great gift or for yourself, esp if you love to share your photos, great conversation piece, in one frame. Looks great on a desk at work.
Good value but beware of the performance issue1/4/2012
This picture frame is easy to use and very low cost. It made me so happy to see my pictures regularly changing. Then I noticed that pictures seemed to change resolution while they were displayed. When a picture is first displayed, it is shown slightly blurry and after about 1-2 seconds it refines to the clear image. This happens to the picture again right before it transitions to a new picture. While this is not obvious to someone just glancing at the pictures, it is very dissatisfying to me and causes my eyes to strain, trying to focus, when it's the picture frame that is out of focus. Because of this, I'm considering returning it.
Great Product for its value1/3/2012

Decent price, seems well built1/2/2012
Pretty nice photo frame, at a decent price. The only missing feature is internal storage (unless I missed it, and it has it?).
Best deal out there at Christmas time12/19/2011
I have always heard that when it comes to gift giving you should buy something that you would like to have. I bought this Viewsonic Digital Photo Frame for my mom for Christmas. I had planned to set it up ahead of time so that all she would have to do is plug it in when she unwrapped it. It was so easy to set up that I decided to keep it and order her another one. I loaded 1752 pictures on a 2 gig SD card. The card had previously been used in the camera so I had to reformat it so the digital picture frame would read it without any errors. I simply created a new folder on my desktop and dragged pictures from my various files to the new folder. I thing transferred to contents to my new folder to the SD card. I inserted the SD card in the digital picture frame and it immediately fired up with no problems. The digital photo frame appears stylish and well constructed. As always, buy.com is easier to deal with than Walmart and you always save money when you shop at buy.com
