Substantial Mount for a Nominal Cost

by Randy on 10/23/2006

I have been impressed with Vogel's EFW101CS tilting LCD wall mount. Out of the box it comes across as a quality product with a good look and solid feel. Of course, that's what you want if you're going to hang your $500 TV from it. We've recently moved into a new house and I wanted to put a TV in the dining room. This wall mount was a great choice for the 23" LCD TV I picked up, also from BUY.com. The mount is conveniently hidden from view when watching the TV and is thin enough to give the impression the flat panel is floating on the wall. The only complaint I have is the bracket that holds the flat panel was hard to piece together once the mount was on the wall and the bracket on the TV. That may have more to do with the size/weight of my TV, but the thin profile made it hard for us to line up the brackets properly. All in all, I don't think you can beat this little wall mount for the money. Read More
