Weber rotisserie a great addition
If you have a Weber charcoal grill, their rotisserie is a great addition to your barbecue tool kit. I just cooked a turkey on the spit this weekend and everyone loved the hickory-smoked flavor. It's easy to setup and use. There are ample rotisserie recipies on the internet, and it's a mostly carefree method of cooking. Add a few charcoals every 45 minutes, use your favorite smoking woods and finish the cook by using a meat thermometer. At about $110 delivered, I am well satisfied with this barbecue investment. I also recently bought the Weber Wok to complete my outfit. It's darn near impossible to fail with the Weber charcoal rotisserie.
