Sarina Condello is the charismatic host of the long-running TV series, The Barefoot Dancer. Her background combines physical education, formal dance raining and ballet at the Royal Winnipeg Ballet School. She holds a Masters of Education and has designed a program that connects what is learned by the mind and what is experienced through the body. Sarina has been a dancer and choreographer for over 15 years. She has studied different forms of movement including yoga, sacred dance and breath work. Sarina has combine all of her experience to develop “Yoga Dance” a new, more expressive way of exercising the body, mind, and soul!
