Editor's Note
Accessible and experienced instructor Peggy Cappy believes that everyone can practice, and benefit from, yoga--not just skinny young gymnasts. Viewers of all ages and fitness levels will be able to get something out of this gentle, helpful program, which features three 20-minute sessions featuring a wide variety of poses to increase flexibility, stamina, and relaxation.
