Really versatile yogurt Maker
I made my first batch of yogurt using the Tribest Yolife, and it did a good job. I was surprised the instructions said you didn't need to heat the milk to 180-185 degrees first, but I did anyway because I wanted to make sure the yogurt became firm. I was surprised to find it had hardened in 6 1/2 hours--my previous yogurt maker required at least 8. I was surprised at how hot the jars were when I took them out, but apparently that's why it made yogurt so quickly. I love the high lid as I want to make a really large batch if I'm going to make it at all. It holds 3 quart jars or 4 pint jars, so you have several options. I stacked pints so I got in 8, but had to wrap a towel around the opening because the lid didn't come all the way down with the stacked jars. Still worked! No yogurt is a delicious as homemade, and no sugar added!
