When a lightning strike took out my modem and VOIP box I went looking for something affordable and compact. While the perfect world product would have given me the modem/VOIP/router and wireless, this product hit 3 out of 4 criteria and was very affordable at the same time. The box was more or less plug it in and go with the only setup being entering my VOIP provider details. As I wanted a more custom setup I played around with the dialing rules which was tricky but expected. The whole VOIP setup was pretty minimal really compared to its fryed cousin on the floor. So I have my home phone plugged in and my wireless router between this and the PC and all is good. I did not figure out how to swith the modem/router into bridge mode but I didnt try that hard as it works like this anyway.
Overall this was a great buy and I am pleased with it !
