Easiest thing imaginable! Great!

by Michial on 1/1/2015

I am sometimes intimidated by computer related stuff - but a friend told me I needed this to solve the problem of not having Internet in one end of my house. After they arrived, they sat in the box for a week or two - because I wasn't sure how difficult or time-consuming the setup would be. I should not have worried! Somewhere near your router - plug one of these into any wall outlet - then run a CAT5 cable (same as the wire from your router to your other computer-related items) from the router to the adapter. Then, anywhere in your hoe that you want to have internet - plug in another one - and run a cable to the computer, WIFI hotspot or other network item. It does everything else for you. It could not have been easier! The only minor downside; every once in a while (maybe 2 times in a year) the little lights stop blinking and the computer plugged into the adapter doesn't have internet access. Unplug it from the wall and plug it back in - and everything is fine again. But it took me an hour to figure out the lights weren't blinking. :)
