As we all learn to cope with the current situation, our lives have come to a halt. Stores and restaurants are temporarily closing due to COVID-19, but that leaves many people unsure of where they can still go to get necessities. Below, we’ve compiled a list of stores and restaurants that are still open and others that have closed. Stay safe, everyone!

Grocery Stores

Costco: Stores hours remain the same. Some Costco groceries are available for delivery with Instacart in certain ZIP codes, so click here to check if your area is eligible. Get free 2-day delivery when you spend $75 on non-perishable goods.
Dollar General: All stores will close one hour earlier than current closing times. Hours vary by location. Call your local store to confirm. Dollar General encourages the first hour of shopping every day be dedicated to its senior customers.

H-E-B: Store hours are 8 AM to 8 PM. H-E-B also offers Curbside and Home Delivery. Learn more here.

Publix: Store hours are 8 AM to 8 PM. Pharmacy hours are Monday through Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and Sunday pharmacy hours remain the same. Learn more here.

Safeway: Hours vary by location. Call your local store to confirm.
Sam’s Club: Store hours are 9 AM to 8 PM.
Stop & Shop: Store hours are 7:30 AM to 8 PM, and customers age 60 and over can shop from 6 AM to 7:30 AM daily.
Target: Stores will close no later than 9 PM local time. Every Wednesday, the first hour of shopping will be dedicated to the elderly and guests with weakened immune systems.
Trader Joe’s: Store hours are 9 AM to 7 PM.
Walmart: Walmart stores and Neighborhood Markets will be open from 6 AM to 11 PM. Learn more here.

Restaurants
Arby’s: Dining rooms are closed, but drive-thru and delivery options (DoorDash and UberEats) are available.
Burger King: Restaurants remain open. Get free delivery when you order in the Burger King App.
Carl’s Jr: Dining rooms are closed, but drive-thru and delivery options are available.
Chick-fil-A: Dining rooms are closed, but drive-thru, takeout, mobile order and delivery options are available.
Chipotle: Restaurants remain open. Get free delivery through March 31.
Dairy Queen: Restaurants remain open.
Domino’s: Delivery and carry-out remain open, with contactless delivery options available.
Dunkin’ Donuts: Dining rooms are closed, but drive-thru ordering, pick-up and in-store ordering are available. It is encouraged that customers order ahead using the Dunkin’ app.
Jack in the Box: Dining rooms are closed, but drive-thru, delivery and mobile order pick-up options are available.
KFC: Restaurants remain open for to-go and carryout only, and you can order at the counter or online at KFC.com. Get free delivery via Grubhub through April 30.
McDonald’s: Dining rooms are encouraged to close, but drive-thru, delivery and walk-in take-out options are available.
Panera Bread: Restaurants remain open for To-Go, Rapid Pickup, drive-thru and delivery via Panera App and website.
Papa John’s: Restaurants remain open.
Pizza Hut: Restaurants remain open for delivery or carryout, plus contactless delivery.
Popeyes: Restaurants remain open, and free delivery options are available.
Starbucks: Cafes are temporarily closed down for seating, but customers can still walk up and order at the counter, via the “order ahead” feature in the Starbucks app, via the drive-thru and via delivery.
Subway: Restaurants remain open.
Taco Bell: Restaurants remain open for now, but many locations are limiting to service via drive-thru and delivery only.
Texas Roadhouse: Dining rooms are closed, but you can still order via to-go options.

Best Buy: Store hours are 10 AM to 6 PM. Starting March 23, curbside pickup and limited access to stores will be instated.
