The Best Sales to Shop on Black Friday and Cyber Monday if You’re Looking for Tech

Black Friday and Cyber Monday are right around the corner and many stores have shared their best Black Friday deals in the form of sneak peek ads. If you’re like us, tech and electronic items are what you’re really after during these discount days. To help you prep, we combed through the previews from a number of popular retailers for the best tech deals, so you can spend less time hunting for gifts and more time snagging them.

Amazon

The savings have already started on Amazon’s Happy HoliDeals page where you can find a variety of discounted items in all categories. Amazon is releasing the rest of its Black Friday deals in waves this year. Each release is filled with tons of tech deals worth grabbing, especially if you or anyone on your gift list is looking for Amazon devices.

On Friday November 22, a full week before Black Friday, you can get:

On Sunday November 24, select Fire devices go on sale:

On Wednesday November 27, you can pick up:

  • Amazon Smart Plugs for $5 each (save $20). These are one of the best things worth picking up from Amazon. At $5 each, you can make every outlet in your home smart, and they add voice control to any outlet.
  • Ring Indoor Camera 2-Pack for $99 (save $20)

On Thursday November 28, a.k.a. Black Friday, the Echo products go on sale.

Target

Target is currently running a buy 2, get 1 free deal on video games and movies, and you can mix and match between any qualifying items to get the deal. To top it off, you’ll get free 2-day shipping and free returns through December 21. When Black Friday arrives, below are the best tech-related items you can buy at Target.

One of the best deals around is the Nikon D3500 DSLR bundle for $399 (save $450). The bundle includes the camera body, a 18-55mm lens, a 70-300mm zoom lens and a bag.

Walmart

Walmart is gearing up to be as competitive as ever during Black Friday with a whole host of electronics and tech deals like:

The Night Owl 4 Channel HD Security Camera Set is one popular piece of tech you should consider picking up. At $150, it’s one of the better Black Friday deals out there.

Best Buy

Best Buy is known for big savings on TVs during Black Friday and Cyber Monday. This year is no different. If you’re in the market for a new TV, Best Buy is the place to grab it. Just look at these savings:

Target’s Nikon package is a great buy, but if you’re in the market for a Canon instead, Best Buy is offering a EOS Rebel T7i bundle with two lenses for $699 (save $500). In terms of savings, it’s one of the best deals around.

JCPenney

You wouldn’t expect JCPenney to have many tech deals, but the list of items surprised us.

The biggest draw in my opinion is the robot vacuum. If you’ve been holding out on buying one because of the expense, Black Friday is a perfect time to pick one up.

Kohl’s

Similar to JCPenney, Kohl’s also had some surprising Black Friday tech deals. To top it off, you get Kohl’s Cash for your purchase to use at a later date. The Nintendo Switch bundle caught our attention with $90 back in Kohl’s Cash that you could use for other gifts.

Hopefully, this list has you primed and ready for Black Friday, and you’ll be prepared to grab some of the best tech deals for 2019. Remember, that you can use Rakuten online and in-store during this year’s shopping season.
