What is Concert Cash®?
Live Nation is giving new Rakuten members $30 off their next concert ticket.
Starting 8/15, new members who sign up for Rakuten through Live Nation and make a qualifying first purchase of $25 or more will receive a Code via email for $30 off their next ticket purchase with Live Nation. Please allow 48 hours for your Code to arrive, after making your first purchase.
How do I qualify for Concert Cash®?
In order to receive a Concert Cash code, you must be a new Rakuten member, sign up through rakuten.com/livenation, and make a qualifying first purchase of $25 or more within 90 days of becoming a member. Qualifying purchases are the same for Concert Cash® and the Rakuten Welcome Bonus.
What if I’m already a Rakuten Member?
If you are already a Rakuten member, you aren’t eligible for Concert Cash® but you can still purchase Live Nation concert tickets! You can also still enjoy all the benefits of being a Rakuten member by earning Cash Back when you shop with us!
What if I don’t see my Code?
If you think you should have received a code but didn’t, make sure to check your email’s spam/junk folder. If you still don’t see it 48 hours after making your qualifying first purchase of $25 or more, Contact us.
